ORLANDO, Florida November 28, 2005 — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), a leading provider of imagery solutions for commercial and government markets, today announced that its 15-meter Global Dataset product has been selected by Microsoft Corporation for a future version of Windows Live Local, powered by MSN® Virtual Earth. The announcement was made during the Inter-service/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC '05) being held November 28 through December 1 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (Harris booth #2129).

Features of imagery available through 15-meter Globe Dataset include advanced tonal balancing of realistic earth colors resulting in true-life visual scenarios. This creates an enhanced user experience for a broad range of critical applications, from location-based services to advanced simulation and aircrew training. 15-meter Globe Dataset products are available for immediate delivery in regional or full-earth formats.
