FALCON® II Series Tactical Radio This is the world's next generation of wireless communication and a complete tactical system that will get critical voice, data, and position information through in the shortest possible time. With all the security today's "digital battlefields" demand. This common-platform, software-based system meets the increasing need for an integrated HF, VHF, and UHF communication system and provides interconnectivity among land-based and wireless communications media. Iraqi Media Network (IMN program) Our job was to re-establish Iraq's "Al Iraqia" public television network, public radio broadcasting network and the Al Sabah national daily newspaper. Beyond installing new production studios, transmission equipment, satellite links and printing operations, we relocated people who had moved into the old studios. We successfully completed the project in 15 months time and turned operations over to the newly established Iraq Corporation for Public Broadcasting. MTN Nigeria Project As Africa's second largest telephone company and the largest wireless carrier in Nigeria, MTN needed to expand its infrastructure. We used microwave radios to establish the backbone for the network, which can now support 3 million subscribers today with future expansion to 6 million. When we were done, it became the largest telecom backbone in Africa — over 5,000 Km long. GOES-R Are you ready for your weather forecasts to be right a lot more? With the Harris GOES-R program, they will be. GOES-R will field the next generation of geostationary weather satellites offering 20 times the performance of current satellites. The first launch is planned for 2012 and Harris will provide ground data processing and command/control infrastructure.
