The Harris GRAD organization (Graduate Acclimation and Development) consists of over 1,000 recent college graduates from different schools throughout the country. No matter what your preference happens to be, the Harris GRAD organization will help you acclimate to your new work location and life at Harris Corporation.

The Harris GRAD organization offers graduates opportunities to achieve their full potential in leadership and in their careers at Harris. And, because GRAD is managed by a committee of recent graduates, you will always find something fun to be a part of while working at Harris.
The GRAD group organizes and sponsors several events ranging from flag football to paintball. These events include teams coming together for competitive and noncompetitive games. Listed below are some of the sporting events currently available to grads:

We'll make joining Harris as a recent graduate as easy and simple as possible. Starting with an orientation, you'll be introduced to the company, your department and the surrounding area. But we also do even more. Beyond our GRAD (Graduate Acclimation and Development) Organization, we have other Employee Resource Groups to help you acclimate.
